About Me

Carl Peterson: Gig Harbor, Washington, United States; I have been working in the real estate industry since 1992. After graduating from Gonzaga University with a degree in Public Relations, my career started as Marketing and Communications Director for Windermere Services Company/Inland Northwest, Inc. (WSC/Inland NW, Inc.) I then assumed the role of Operations Manager for WSC/Inland NW, Inc., and was then promoted to Vice President, Affiliate Services. Early in 1998, I moved to Windermere/Valley, Inc. as Managing Broker. Following that I served as Director of Sales for ePropertyData a provider of Commercial Information Exchange systems across the US. ePropertyData was purchased by Xceligent in 2012 where I assisted Xceligent, a leading provider of proactively researched commercial real estate data, as National Director of Sales. Today you will find me as National Director of Sales, Franchise Development for Sperry Van Ness International.
